In October Brodie and I met his parents in Maine and drove up the coast to Bar Harbor. It was so amazing and so fun to see the fall colors after missing out on my favorite season for 2 years now! It is true when they say that the trees look as though they are on fire. I have always wanted to see New England in the fall, and it was everything I was hoping for. It was so much fun just being with Brod and his parents, all of us experiencing something so exciting for the first time.

Shopping in Freeport, Maine.. there were no commercial buildings! They just renovated old buildings for example, the Banana Republic store used to be an old home, and the Abercrombie and Fitch store was the old Public Library in 1902! It was so fun!

Stewmans Lobster Pound.. it was right on the pier. They would catch your lobster and cook it right there. I've never had better lobster!

This was our first night, and our first "Maine lobster" experience. (I have to admit, I made Brodie take it apart for me..)
