Doug and Rebekah came and stayed with us for 8 days and it was a blast. They are so much fun to be with and we really loved every second they were here. The girls loved having them and the day they left, Alexia was so sad that she spent forever in her room drawing pictures of her and Doug holding hands and her and Rebekah holding hands. Audrey too, said, "Mommy, I miss Doug and Rebekah". I knew exactly how they felt! Here are just a few highlights of our time together:

We got on the big screen 2 different times- it was so fun! 
Our shopping spree- Rebekah found the world! It was so fun.
Eating at the fancy Grand Lux 
Canoeing to see alligators! There was a little creek that you canoed to and it was just like you were in the middle of a rainforest because the trees made a canopy over you and the creek was only about 10 feet wide! Such an adventure!
Audrey got to get out of bed when we came home one night and was SO proud! Doug and Rebekah were so cute with her and Lex

Rebekah and I went to an open air market one morning at like 7:30am
And found THE most darling purses in the world! It was so much fun spending time with her.
Doug and Rebekah, thanks so much for coming... we miss you still!

Oh my gosh- it looked like you guys had so much fun. So lucky- everything you did looked SO FUN! From the purses (I got real tippy), to the POP RUNS, to the Baseball game (I can't believe you got on the big screen, and captured it!), to the beach, pool, gourmet meals, to just spending time together. Of course you made it so fun for them. I know they had an absolute blast. Love you so much, Krys
Jessica -- You are the most ridiculously fun hostess I have ever seen! Man, Noah and I need to take a trip there to just get spoiled. You are a blow out. That trip looks SOOO fun. Every picture looked like a blast. The big screen made me laugh! Of course the camera man saw two pretty girls and just kept coming back! Love you, Jess.

I am emailing all of you the information on our 10 year class reunion this summer. Location: Hillcrest High School Auditorium
Event Planned: The new school auditorium will be open for us to participate in a walk- through tour. Come see the changes to our school and catch up with alumni.
SATURDAY:
Time: 12:00-3:00 p.m.
Location: Tautphaus Park at Shelter #1. It is located on Picnic Way. Look for the balloons.
Event Planned: Family B.B.Q.-- Potluck Style-- and High School Trivia Games.
NOTE: Please bring your own meat to barbeque and a potluck dish to share with others. (Salads, drinks, chips, desserts, etc.)
Utensils, plates, napkins, and cups will be provided.
Please spread the word!! We are trying our best to contact all of our classmates to let them know about this reunion. We would appreciate any help in passing on this information. We would also like to pay tribute to those graduates who have passed away since graduation as well as recognize any graduates that are currently serving in the armed forces. If you have information on alumni who have passed away or are serving their country, or have any other questions, please let us know.

Man fun summer!! I don't like how much you guys packed in! Shopping, baseball game, beach, POP runs (of course!). Unreal hostess! I love how perfect Rebekah fits into your family! She is such a Peterson! Love you guys.
