Audrey turns 4!

I can't believe that my baby is already 4 years old! When we moved here to Florida she was 5 weeks old and here we are leaving and now she's a little girl. Even though we are right in the middle of moving, we took the day off to make sure that her day was a special one. She loved the fact that she was officially the queen for the day! On Saturday we took her to the disney store so that she could get ideas for what she wanted and she was just making Brod and I laugh. Her arms were so full of things and I saw something on sale and so I showed her. She looked at it and while she was chewing her gum and holding the world, she simply said, "I'll take it". Obviously by the end, she just had to show us her 3 favorite things and then hoped for them the next 2 days. :) The morning of her birthday I knelt down and prayed to express how grateful I am that she was sent to me. She adds so much life, joy, and tenderness to our family. I love her in a way that can only be described as a mother's love. Happy birthday to my sweet heart, I love you Audrey.

Her (favorite) breakfast in bed
She wanted to go to Paradise Cove waterpark with "her best friend" :)

I love the rosy cheeks!
This is so her. We were walking to our door and I just had to get a picture- of course she wanted to wear my glasses and OF COURSE those are the shoes she wore!
So excited to open her presents! (because she had a really good idea what they might be) :)
All of her treasures

She made a wish before she blew out her candle and afterwards she told us that her wish was that she could eat her cake right then :) simple enough
She got to go pick out her cake by herself with daddy and I wasn't at all surprised what it looked like
We love you our sweet Audrey and are so happy that you had "the best birthday ever!"

Oh, "her best friend", that is so precious!! What a doll!! They just grow way too fast, I know. It's very sad, but happy at the same time. I love reading your blog! You are all so cute!! I hope the move is going good for you. How exciting to get to move and experience a new place!

What a little beauty. I didn't realize Audrey and Sam were so close in age. Sam just turned four the end of April. It really is a fun age. I just love how you talk about your children. I can tell they are just your world. That's how I feel about mine too. They need to think of an even more descriptive word than Motherly Love. Lets work on that, but in the meantime...we'll know it means even more than that! Good luck with your move....I hope it all goes well. I bet you'll miss beautiful Florida. You guys have had some fun times. I am always slightly jealous when I see you guys by the beach soaking up sun on your blog!

I can't believe Audrey is 4. That blows my mind!!!

She is such a doll. I love being able to keep in touch a little bit through the blog. What would we do without our internet updates? Your girls may not know me-but I feel like I know them, thankfully!

You are such a good mom, Jess. Always making things the world.

Two sisters-there's nothing more fun. I'm so thankful that they have each other!

Love you.

Happy Birthday Audrey!! She is such a princess. I have always loved how prissy she is and how she loves all things girly...like wearing her princess heels and your sunglasses, i hope my future daughter will be just like her! I love Audrey, she really is so fun, and she has always been real sweet to me. Im glad you were able to take a break from your work load to celebrate her special day--and i love how special you made it! I can't wait to see you in August!
