Note: This song "Perfect Day" was Alexia's first favorite song. She called it the "beach song" because we would listen to it every time we were on our way to the beach when we lived in Florida. So it's the song she wanted on her birthday blog :)

She could not be any more precious! I can't believe she is six, jess. It seems to have gone by so quickly. You are such a cute mom and you and Brodie both made her birthday so special. Her little proud grins with the presents and her avoiding the kiss face are my favorite!!

Wow...It was "the perfect day!" Aren't birthdays when you're little just so magical? How cute that she wanted to make her cake with you and what a sweetheart to be so grateful when you were tucking her in! You obviously have your priorities right where they should be and it shows in your children's tender spirits! I wish we knew Alexia better. Lizzy is 6 and I bet they would have so much fun together! That is cool that you seem to be good friends with the other residents down there too. It is hard to move around with school, but it makes you stronger too. And lastly, thank you for the wonderful comment you made on my blog! You just have such a way with words and building people up. It really made my day. Especially coming from someone who I esteem so highly! You are awesome and I really wish we could get together more. Come visit the cold country soon! Love you!
